People are not blaming the "US" they are blaming the US liberal media and particularly "Drudge Report" The Australian media brought out a story a month ago and it died down, disappeared, Drudge resurrected it breathed new life into it and this time IT HAS spread like a California forest fire, point is wether it is Australian, German or American its still LOW life media. Let the kid do his tour in peace and quiet and then report it once he leaves. If he had been in my Unit when I was in and the media announced it like that putting both his and all the soldiers around him lives in danger I would have been P...........d off, in fact I am anyway.

When it was first revealed on the News over here (UK) it stated that it was leaked by American forces, and as you should know public opinion is never public opinion, it is formed from the media. So people believed and spread what they heard. It later transpired that it was actually the Germans and Aussies.
