Looking for info on the Franzie pansy flower, could be a tree, even.?

Looks like a plant that goes dormat, twiggy then grows blooms, found in Florida.

    You mean the frangipani. Its very popular here in Australia. They can have cream, or pink flowers, and the perfume is heavenly.If you find one, you can snap off a short branch (bout a foot long)and plant it, it will grow well so long as you have a warm climate. I am in South Australia, and altho its a 'temperate zone' they grow well here when sheltered from the wind, but given all the sun .
