What should i wear with a suit vest at the club?

A pair of straight-leg dark washed jeans, an untucked button-down shirt w/ a stiff collar, and a pair of clean PUMAs. Guys always look good like this. Makes you look casual, but mature.

I agree with the other two answers! A nice tight fitted white T-shirt with Jeans would be hot, and don't forget to smell good! A good smelling man turns me on it does not matter what he is wearing if the smell is right!

well if its a club its going to be kind of hot, ok wear a slim fit white V-neck T shirt with it, and a pair of darkwash slim straight jeans. the V could be any colour you like really, try american apprel if you need one, they have like hundreds of V's in different colours
