Has anyone hear of Russ Express Corp?

RUSS EXPORT CORP, 401 BROADWAY, STE 1712, New York, NY 10013 US

They seem to be offering Nintendo products but is this a scam/fraud site? They show they accept credit cards but it is via Google Purchases but when I try to do look-ups for them I cant seem to see any info on the net for them. Their BBB on their website doesn't connect to anything. Is this too good to be true? Can anyone give me any info ~ Thanks

Update:

I want to thank everyone, it seems like a scam and I am not going to take my chances! I am sorry for those of you that did get scammed.

I made a purchase through Google Checkout for this item on Feb 27, but like others my tracking number did not exist. I called USPS and they confirmed that the number did not exist, because it takes a maximum of 3 days for a number to be entered in their system and available to be tracked online/by phone.

Although Russ Export had the BBB logo on their selling pages, I contacted the BBB and they have no record of a "Russ Export Corp" and further investigation by them found that a supposed "Russ Export Corp" actually sold linens, fabric and the like, not electronics.

The website www.russexportcorp.com is a fake URL, and there is no way to find out anything about the company.

I requested a refund from Google Checkout for what I perceive to be a scam, but then a 'Tracy Donalds' from Russ Export emails me and says that my item had indeed been shipped. If I don't receive it within 2 weeks, I am going to call Visa to tell them of an unauthorized transaction.

    Hello RUSS EXPORT CORP,

Tommy G Lu has sent you the following message:

    Refund/return request for order #653334606259896:

According to the BBB, your business is fake. They have no record of you despite your putting their logo on your page. Your website url does not exist, and complaints have been lodged against you already for the pretense of selling electronics.

This has been a simple misunderstanding. Your system has already been shipped, and will arrive shortly.

Man, 2 days ago, I went through the same thing as you. I wanted that wii so much I bought it. Few hours later, I received an email from google checkout telling me the package had shipped providing me with a tracking number. USPS says there is no item linked to that number. After seeing that I contacted them via email, they answered saying this was happening from time to time.

I really think this is a scam though, too good to be true, 249$ for a wii with wii play and an extra nunchuk. I will wait a week or two and will inform my credit card company of what happened. The only way this could be true is if it was stolen goods, not making things better.

Did someone actually bought and got one???

They answer back to all of my questions, I guess this is reassuring.
