What are some things that are explosion proof?

You're suggesting there is an immovable object that stands up to an irresitible force. That is not the case in the real world however. Anything can be blown up. In fact, it is much easier to blow things up than make them destruction-resistant. That is why castle walls became vunerable to cannon fire after the invention of gun powder, and why stealth technology is so important: because it's easier to blow things up once you find them than make them impeneratable to destruction.

If you have a big enough explosion, nothing is explosion-proof. Even stars can explode (supernovas).
But a man-made explosion wouldn't affect our sun or any other star (we don't have anything destructive enough to affect a star) or even the giant planets.
Given enough power and the right placement, its theoretically possible that humans could generate an explosion that would cause a cascade effect and tear the Earth apart.

Reinforced concrete is often used in the construction of bomb shelters in a less cosmic line of thought.

I could build a bunker to withstand a 2000lb Enhanced Paveway.
Nothing in physics can withstand a supernova. It will obliterate everything within several light years.
