oh, my God! we would have the articles of Confederation still, which was a terrible way to govern a country! all the power would be in the state governments and legislatures, there wouldn't be any federal tax imposition(which to some would be awesome, but they are VERY necessary), there wouldn't be a national bank(I think), there wouldn't be the three branches of government (executive, judicial, and legislative), there would not be a 'checks and balances' system, and the Articles of Confederation just doesn't sound as good as the United States Constitution.

We'd be ruled by the queen. Or, have a parliament, but still ruled in some sorts by the queen, like in Canada. I'm talking about the Queen of England, of course.
