Spaghetti, anyone?

A dr. was having an affair with his nurse for many months when she suddenly announced she was pregnant. Not wanting his wife to know, the doctor gave the nurse a large sum of money and sent her to Italt to have the baby.

"How will I let you know when the baby is born?" she asked.

"Just send me a postcard and write spaghetti on the back, I'll take care of all the expenses." he replied

With nothing else to do the nurse left heartbroken for Italy.

Six months went by, and one day the doctor's wife called him at the office. " Dear, you recieved a very strange postcard in the mail today, from Italy. I don't quite understand what it means."

The dr. suddenly wracked with guilt, said," Just wait until I get home, I'll explain everything to you then."

The Dr. came home later that evening read the postcard, and fell to the floor with a heart attack. He was rushed to the ER, where the Head Medic asked what trauma if any had precipitatated the heart attack.
