Depends on what kind of medicine you gave her, It should be a medicine from the vet for every day use, but id give the medicine to her until its gone an clean up ALL the poop in house pads yard etc. To answer your question at the least a week

probably a week or so.
since she is still young she might have to be wormed agian at 12 and 16 weeks to get rid of all of them but ask your vet for specifics times because im not sure.
