I'm helping my mom making some brownies and she told me it's hard to judge if there done just by looking at them, is there any trick or just experience? Thanks a lot! ♥

stick a toothpick inside of them and see if the toothpick comes out clean when you take it out of the brownie. if its not clean, then they arent done yet.

You've never heard of "Special Brownies?" They've been making them for years. If you watch the reruns of "That 70s Show," you'll see an episode where Hyde makes special brownies (for the teens) and regular brownies (for the adults) - and the trays get mixed up. Red and Kitty and company are all stoned.

There are 2 ways to check..
1. One of the way is to put a knife in like what all of them said..
2. The 2nd way is to see if the brownie separate from the side of the mould..If it separate from the mould means its done..Brownie tend to contract when it is done :)

What always works for me is sticking a toothpick or butter knife in the center. If they come out ALMOST clean, then the brownies are perfect. A few minutes less and they would still be good, just more gooey. YUM!

Use the toothpick! A little tiny bit of brownie should stick to it! That means it's nice and moist!

after your timer rings, stick a toothpick in them, if it comes out with brownie all over it, about 2 minutes, if there is just a LITTLE bit on it, they're fine.

Stick a toothpick or fork in them. If it comes out clean AND dry, then they're done. If it is wet AND not clean, leave 'em in longer and try in a different place.

Don't use no Fork...get a tooth pick stick it in the center,if it comes out about clean there are done...Try not to over cook them...they will be hard....Let it be alittle stuck to the tooth pick, they will be Moist..
