Hair color question? Hope you all can help.?

Question

I have medium to dark brown hair naturally.  I used a loreal natural match, and picked up a dark brown.  I thought it was pretty close to my natural color.  It turned out more black, and only a dark brown color in the light.  It is waaaayyy to dark for my taste!  How soon can I recolor.  It was done just 24 hours ago.  Thanks ya'll for any ideas

I did the same thing - Give your hair a couple days to lighten up.  Trust me it will.  If you're still not happy with the color you could either let it fade more (semi-perm) or recolor but only if it's too light.  You can't dye dark hair lighter without stripping it out.

I am sorry to hear about your hair trouble! but because you went so dark its hard for you to go lighter especially at home. i would either let it fade out or go see a stylist. It's easy to go darker but it's hard to go from dark brown to light brown.

shower and then recolor it.  The first one will wash out then the second one will and you'll have normal hair again.

when u first die your hair it looks darker after u wash sometimes your hair it will start getting lighter
