omega 3 fish oil?
my Dr. told me i should take omega 3 fish oil, is one brand better then the other. Is there something I should be looking for other then just omega 3

Gday mate, Omega 3 fish oil is responsible for controlling the viscosity of the blood (thickness) Omega 3 things the blood and has advantages like lowering blood pressure and lessening the risk or coronary complications. As for buying them the only toxicity problems i have heard is from people buying cheap products off the net. If you go to a legit pharmacy then all the products should be tested and you shouldn't have any problems, just dint try to cut costs through buying some cheap version on the net

I use NOW brand omega 3-6-9 capsules.

You want one that's been tested for mercury content (some are contaminated and very toxic). I only take fish oil from the Vitamin World (in the mall). It's been tested and it's cheap.
