I have a mac and i was wondering if there is an autodown that works on the mac.

Nope. Same steps. Download the 1.1.1 package (search it).
Command click the restore button when your iPod is connected to your Mac.
Then point to the file and it's done.

this is the easiest way to jailbreak your ipod and go back to 1.1.3 firmware (1.1.4 currently isn't very compatable with all the apps) watch this video and minus the time you'll spend with the download of the firmware this takes about 1 min. to do :)
