most likely you can clean up your diet more by increasing the intake of complex carbs that are high in fiber. there is an inverse relationship between the dietary fiber intake and resting serum insulin levels. the higher the fiber intake the lower resting insulin levels will be. controlling the storage hormone insulin through the diet is the key to reducing body fat. carbs sources should be things like whole oats, lentils, beans, whole grain rice, etc. eat all the veggies that can daily at least 4-5 cups and make sure to eat plenty of protein with each meal.

when you exercise you need to constantly increase the amount of work that is performed in the same amount of training time. with weights this means increasing the loads used or the number of reps. with cardio you want to increase the distance traveled each session at the same level/speed, etc. by constantly increasing the intensity of exercise you force the body to adapt and become more efficient. the more effecient you become at exercise the greater the caloric expenditure during the training session. at the conclusion of exercise the body will attempt to restore itself to the pre-exercise state. this causes excess oxygen consumption which causes the metabolic rate to increase as free fatty acids are oxidized for energy. to achieve this level of intensity you have to exercise hard it's not easy and takes time but it's how you see results. you need to be visibly out of breath at the consulsion of exercise.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Exercises and diet must be thought of as one, if you eat good for a month and give up then try exercising instead it won't work. What you want to do is sustain a healthy diet consisting of 5-6 SMALL meals a day, eat your dinner in the morning and your breakfast at night. To work on your stomache best doing sit-ups, but remember to do your cardiovascular aswell; it is important for burning fat.

P.s: You don't see results within a few days, work hard and stay at it. It takes time but worth it in the end

Unfortunatley for the makers of the ab lounge, thigh master, and ever other piece of excersise eqt, you cannot choose where your body will take fat from to burn. It may go after the fat that is being stored in your thighs before your stomach, or the fat in hips... bottom line is this. eat often and small meals. keep fat content down and make sure to do lots of cardio. eventually your body will dip into the fat that arond your torso.

The best way to get rid of belly fat is to tell him to take a hike

Belly fat? the best to loose it is to do lots of"sit up". You lie down on the floor and lift your upper body without lifting your feet.

Also, no more junk, sodas, choco, chips, etc.. it's out.

    You'll thank me.

first off, you're going to have to do at least 30 minutes of cardio at least 5x a week. & not only cardio, do strength training at least 2x a week because for every pound of muscle you burn an extra 50 calories per day.

second, you need to completely cut out soda and any sweets at all (unless you just have to treat yourself, take some gummyvites or viactiv calcium chews for a sugar fix not full of empty calories). if i were you, i'd definitely save those calories from sodas & sweets for other yummy nutritious foods like fruits! make sure you eat moderate (25-30% of your daily caloric intake) amounts of fat in your diet, but do not take in ANY trans fats and a very extremely limited amount of saturated fats (eat stuff like nuts & only make food with oil, not butter or cheese etc. healthy fats come in liquid form or in nuts/veggies/fruits --though fat is extremely limited in fruits and veggies, it's practically nonexistent in them). & still eat moderate amounts of carbs, but only eat healthy carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat (no more than one serving per meal! or else you've overdone it).

Take up bellydancing! I worried about my tummy too, and after less than 2 months of bellydancing (1 class a week) my stomach was less than half as jiggly as it began. Bellydancing works your stomach and hips like crazy. And it's a good cardio workout too.
