I want to help you with the problem you are having but I'm kept from doing so but not having some basic information like the operating system you installed. I am trying also to be tolerant of your knowledge of English, I'm assuming you are not a native English speaker. That laptop does not have a separate sound card, it is an on board feature. You would need to download drivers only if the machine won't do it "plug and play" like MS Windows does, so I'm assuming you installed some other operating system. If you only formatted the C: drive did you leave the second partition intact as the D: drive with the restore system files on it? Or did you run the F-Disk utility and repartition the drive?
If you are using Linux use the snd-hda-intel driver for the compatible sound card driver.
MS Windows you should be able to use the ADD HARDWARE function in the control panel. IF you have a internet connection it will search for a driver or ask you for the CD to be in the drive.
I just don't know what else to guess is the right thing for you to do.
