cheap place to stay in medina and mekka?

i'm going for 10 days to s.arabia. where are the cheapest next to haram hotels/rooms?

    Keep away from famous hotels just like Intercontinental or Sheraton and you'll have a cheap price.....those days you may find a room for 90 Riyals(24$) per night and not far from Haram.
