One of the best ranked engineering schools in the world is in London. It's Imperial College, London. It's quite strong in your field, in technology in general, and as a university as a whole. Worth looking at.
After that one, in terms of schools in London that offer your field, I'd rank them as follows:
- Cambridge
- Oxford
Yes, I know those aren't *in* London, but they're close, so I'm including them because they are so strong.
Then there would be a gap in terms of reputation, after which I'd list:
- King's College, London
- University College, London
- Queen Mary, U of London
