and in your opinion would this be enough to play ut3/cod 4 on low settings @ 1024x768? since i should be right in the middle in terms of card power and all

     Have you right clicked the my computer icon on your desk top and selected properties as this will give it to you.
go to softpedia.com and download PC WIZARD for all the info on your computer.

why not just spend the extra 80$ on a 8800GT that way you can play cod4 on high, crysis on high, UT3 on high, and any resolution you want
