I own a shop, and think this; You have the wires crossed up, and need to get them back right. It should not start in the on position. Start by finding the one that goes from the battery terminal on the starter to the ignition switch, and hook it up to the same place the big (+) cable attaches to the starter. This is the supply wire, and it should power up the systems when you turn the switch to the on position. Remove the wires that goes to the little posts on the starter. Use a screwdriver, or something to jump from the big terminal to the other terminals on the starter solenoid. Find the post (terminal) that makes it turn the starter motor, and this is the one you will hook the next wire to. Using a test light; hook to the wires you took lose one at a time. If one is hot, then move it to one side out of the way, and hook to the other. Have someone turn the switch on, and it shouldn't have any power until the switch is turned to start. When you find this one, hook it to where the one you jumped to make it start, and you have them right. If there is another wire, then you will need a schematic of your charging system to hook it up properly. It probably is for charging the battery, and goes to the alternator, but it must be hooked up properly. A word to the wise; Anytime you wire things up, and are not sure of their proper position, have a pair of cutters in your hand when you power up the system, or put the battery cable on, and this way if you have something wrong, you can just cut the smoking wire into before it does any damage. If it was me, I would have someone who knows how to read the schematics help you hook it up. You also have a wire that goes to the alternator to keep the battery charged, and these must be right, or you can fry the whole system. A good place to start is the library. In the refference section, pull a copy of Chilton's Repair Manual that covers your vehicle, and it will show you where these wires are supposed to go.
Glad to help out, good Luck!!!

start up with checking your fuses, try switching around the relays below the hood. you have a bad starter relay. additionally verify the protection easy. some cases you are able to desire to hook up a battery charger as much as battery, then turn key to the run place and permit it sit down like that for a million hour. which will reset the protection .
