Will you vote in your local election? Any country not just the U.S.?

    I am resident in Wales which has all out elections for every member of it's 22 councils. Turnout however is likely to be about 40% (which is 20% lower than a general election)

    I always vote in the local elections. The local candidates run in odd years. For US reps and Senators I will vote for also.

    Sometimes I haven't liked any candidates, and have "refused my vote" an option in Ontario
