Why is Hillary floating rumors of a joint ticket?

Because she knows she can't win any other way. She won't ever get my vote. I'm concerned that at 3AM when then phone rings she may be out looking for her husband.

    Only way she could win

There is some concern if either of them could beat McCain. A joint ticket would, without a doubt, warrant victory. However, Hillary Clinton alone would probably lose.

My sister is a die hard democrat. But she says that if Clinton wins the democratic primaries then she will vote for McCain. I think Hillary sees this and is afraid of losing in the long run.

If she's not out looking for Bill, she'll be counting the cigars to see how many of them are missing. In any case, that 3 AM phone call will just ring, and ring, and ring. When Hillary talks about a joint ticket, she's playing games again. If Obama were to win, he would be a fool to include her on his ticket. She'd undermine every move he made in the White House.

No. Because the democratic party is more divided than ever and if the democrats want a chance to beat the republicans, they need to cut their losses and unite to get all the support from the party. I myself, am a moderate democrat that support Hillary, but I will vote for a republican if the nominee is a liberal and the running mate is one too.

It is actually a smart political move on Hillary's part. She's a smart enough politician to know that what is happening now is breaking apart the Democratic party, and this is one way to help mend the fences. And together, I feel that they would be able to sweep away the Republicans (of which party I support).

Another good point on her bringing it out is that if it comes down to it, she would be postering herself as the one that would take the lead position, since she's the first one to concede the deadlock that her party is facing right now.

She is showing that she is willing to make compromises, which is one of the strongest qualities of a good politician..

Most likely she has done the math and thinks that if she starts floating this idea now that Voters will like the idea, and want that ticket. But the kicker is, Obama is (most likely) getting the nom so she is hoping he will put her on his ticket...which would be a horrible idea because I am sure she already has plans for him to get bumped.

She's so desperate now. She knows she can't win fair and square and not 100% sure she can steal it.

cause she knows it is only way billary can get the party's nomination...my concern is they already had their 8 years...no more billary...
