What's the name of the professor who recommends eating boogers to boost the immune system?
Not long ago, I read in the news about a professor who found after years of research that eating boogers is beneficial for your health!! Seriously! :)
He even recommended that parents should encourage their kids to eat their boogers to boost their immune system, The article didn't mention the name of the prof., It just mentioned that he's Australian, Have you read something similar? and do you know the prof' name?
Just to correct a typo, He's Austrian not Australian, Thanks to all answerers.

They always misquote and take what scientists say out of context, so...
What he REALLY meant to say was...
You should blend your boogers into a delicious ice cream fruit and vegetable "smoothie" when no one is looking, and in THAT way you "might or might not" boost your immune system...
But if you REALLY want to boost your immune system to all the wide variety of little germies that exist in this world and beyond...

Yeah I saw that guy he had these Gargantua nostrils you could hide a hot dog in. His real name was DR. Wink Dinkerson from the Gold Diggers Institute of Finger Food Snacks.
Not being from Australia he was there filming a commercial warning fellow picker's it's dangerous to be digging for the gold while driving on bumpy roads as this could cause sever nose bleeds if you unexpectedly hit a big bump while digging.

i can't imagine how it would boost the immune system. it's being discharged for a reason. re-entering it into the body wouldn't seem beneficial
