It could also be stress related. The exact cause of an upper eyelid twitch is unknown - or that is what my Dr. tells me. She just told me to get some more sleep, and try to de-stress.

You actually only need to touch the lens. Your eyes will take some time to get used to the lenses in. You might want to carry a small bottle of saline solution with you in case you experience dry eye. Even if you get the kind you can sleep with, I'd take them out at night anyway. The eyes need the break, and the lenses will last 3 times longer.

It may be a twitch. Your body probably needs more potassium. Try eating a bannana and that should help.

maybe its a twitch? happens when not enough sleep or sometimes too much caffiene.

sometimes the muscles surrounding your eyes twitch. dont worry.. theres nothing wrong with you.
