How to stop dumb people from sending dumber forwards?

Today, I received mail from this guy with some ganesha PPT. Even after telling him that I do not want to see his mail, he keeps dropping me this or that mail. These dumb guys are really horrible.

    Block him. Mark his email as Spam. Make use of your "delete" button.
