USPS bad weather delivery?
Hey I was trying to figure out the mission statement i have heard about the USPS and how they deliver mail in all weather conditions. Does any one know what I am talking about or am I full of it? Whether rain or shine, sleet or snow.
Please provide a link.

The USPS does not have an official motto. The quote from Herodotus was something the architect of the building thought was cool.
