  • Trying to create a field in Access that calculates time off.?

    For example if I put that someone starts working on January 1st 2011, and every month they work they get 1 week off, I want the table to be able to calculate how much time off they would have on another date, say July 1st 2011.

  • Punishment for a 9 year old stealing, take away christmas?

    My 9 year old son has been stealing a lot this year, normally the punishment has been to take away tv and video games, and ground him. However, this seems to be getting old. He is in the middle of a two week of no tv/computer/video games and just finished 1 weeks of not being able to go outside. My wife and I have stressed to him that stealing is wrong, and he willl get no attention for it. We have taken him to the police station so that they could talk to him and let him know that as he gets older he could end up in jail. Well this morning, my wife caught him with chocolate in his sock draw. We are at a loss for his punishment. I have suggested giving a lump of coal for christmas. But I hate to take away such a special holiday, but as an adult, or even a big kid punishments for criminal activities do not take breaks for holidays. Please don't say spend more time with him, because we spend a lot of time together and do a lot of family activities. He does most of his stealing at home in the middle of the night when we are all asleep. I have put up a baby gate (he climbs over), laundry baskets full of clothes and stuff behind it, he quietely moves it.

  • Can I put two hard-drives in a dell inspiron 1521 laptop?

    I bought this laptop two years ago, and made sure I spent money on all of the upgrades, lots of ram, processing, etc, but I made the mistake of not paying for a large hard-drive, now I am running out of room. I am always uninstalling programs to make room for a new one, and now I am to the point where I can not uninstall any other programs.

  • How do you Compute Var(Y) and Cor (Y,X) with the given data?

    Constant Variable Coefficient = 0.203311 s.e. = 0.0976 t-test = 2.08 p-value = 0.0526

    X Variable Coefficent = 0.656040 s.e. = 0.1961 t-test = 3.25 p - value = <0.0038

    n = 19 R2 = 0.397 adjusted R2 = 0.362 sigma-hat = 0.0566 df = 17

  • K-Rod (i give up) for delmon young, please read league details bellow, to understand why i would consider this

    This is a 5x5, H2H 20 team league. We keep our entire rosters year to year, so the only way to aqcuire players is trade or FA. I have been in the league 2 years now, finishing 15th the first year and 17 this last year. The first year I tried to build up and do well even though my team sucked, and learn't my lesson and now I have been stock piling young talent. We do a waiver draft for the top pick and i have the number 1 waiver for next season.

    Ok with all the details out of the way. I have a pretty potenital good young roster, with some nice building blocks for the future. Included on my roster are established stars Holliday and K-Rod, up and coming potential stars Kendrick, Longoria, Daric Barton, Adam Jones, the number 1 waiver (which I will use on Jay Bruce). My pitchers include Cole Hammels, K-rod, Jeff Francis, John Danks, Andrew Miller and Zito.

    My question is I can trade K-rod for Delmon Young. In a normal league I would turn this down in a heart beat, but with our keepin

  • Who should I start? Week 9 Fantasy Football. TE and RB?

    Ok I am in what I think is a pretty good situation this week, but I can not decide who to start.

    At TE it is between Antonio Gates and Dallas Clarke.... I am leaning towards Clarke because Harison may be out, and Clarke may have to pick up the slack.

    RB its a lot tougher, I have Larry Johnson - who was struggling but can he come back with a 3rd good week. Marion Barber (I think he is a beast, the cowboys would be soooo much better if they just ran him), Kevin Jones (saved me last week), Brian Westbrooke (benched him twice and he has burnt me, everytime I play him he is ok or struggles. I can only start two of these guys.

    Thanks
