Being made redundant pregnant and need some advice?

Im not bing made redundant untill about august time and ill go on maternity leave in may so i will be on maternity at the time im being made redundant. I start maternity on the 11th may and will be due to return on the 11th feb as the holiday year runs from march o march should i still be entitled to a full years holiday as i didnt think they could legally make me redundant untill i return on the 11th of feb.Any advice would be great.

    Where are you in the UK if you have been employed for 6 moths or longer part or full time he may be acting illegally as you are entitled to paid maternity leave.

    Many employers think they have to pay it which is incorrect, the government fund this, your entitled to time off for antenatal checks as well.

    I have links to the UK employment law site which is very comprehensive, however if your not in the UK its not relevant as different countries have different rules.
