Window Xp accounts login problem?

this is my problem, my computer is used by 4 people so I have four accounts for windows xp, I have never had any problem with it, but now if someone has logged in and other one tries to open its account the account does not open it goes directly to the login screen again, I have never had this problem before, can anyone tell me what to do, thank you.

    scan for spyware, they can play around with personal accounts especially passwords being lost

    Sure go into control panel, user accounts, look around to change password or account type...
