Has anyone heard of the Masters Knitting Certification?

I have the listings for the first level of certification from TKGA, they do require very careful, neat knitting and they are a considerable amount of work. The Craft Yarn Council also has a certification program, as does The Knitting Guild of Canada, whose program is supposed to be superior to TKGA's. You must be a member of either TKGA or TKGC to work on their programs.

Someone listed that as their source sometime this week and I thought it was weird.
