What's the nicest Asian country?????????????

I'm going to answer this honestly; it's probably not Japan, Signapore, China or Burma!

I'd have to go with Malaysia, I've met a few people from there and they were just spectacularly nice.

Depends on what you mean by nicest.

For natural scenery, beaches, etc: Bali, Japan, Korea, Thailand

For more technologically advanced: Singapore, Japan

For safer countries: Singapore, Japan, South Korea

For shopping with low budget: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand

For shopping with higher budget: Japan, Korea, Singapore

It also depends on whether you are going with a tour guide or free and easy. Language matters quite a bit too. I'd say get some kind of language guide to the country you're going to, in case of emergency.

When it comes to people I'd say Burma (not including the gvt of course) Laos and Cambodia are follow up. But actually most people I met in any Asian country are very nice. Although the Vietnamese can give you a hard time...

Philippines... Nice beaches, food, and plenty of places to shop. And for sure your money will go far.
