further and wider information dissimination so that everyone esp the poor, the unemployed, underemployed may benefit of the health and accident insurance. The Red cross also have accident insurance available to anyone.Even reinburshing what a member might have earned in his work during his hospitalization or absences due to accidents.

Philhealth should disseminate the benefits of being a member, especially to the poor who need it

phil health has restrictions in giving out medical services. it should cover all. thus if your case is not part of allowable for deduction then you pay full.
