Well sorry to hear of your loss but you should see if you are eligible for government assistance. You should also contact your utility bills Gas company, light company, etc most have programs for those who are a little less fortunate. They can put you on a budget plan and/or even have a third party assistance in paying your bills (an energy Assistance program), but you must call and ask them about all of your options according to your income level and dependents.
any medical bills you can try to go through a company where they help cut your bills in half. Or call yourself and perhaps set up a payment plan with them on what you are able to afford each month. A little is always better then nothing at all.
If you are A church goer, go and talk to your priest, he will out you out also.
Best wishes, and hope all works out for you.

Omg. I'm sorry I don't know. I'm only 14. But have you tried signing up for income tax or welfare or food stamps? Or why don't you ask someone for help, ask THEM for possible agencies. It must be really hard on you, I pray your situation gets better. You can also look in the phone book or Internet for financial agencies. I really don't know, I'm taking things out of the top of my head here. So sorry. While you look for help, just pray to God for protection and guidance. I'll see if I can find info.

You need to let us know where you are living.
Some churches provide help to people who need help with their utilities. In some states in the US, the government subsidizes (pays $750 I believe) to get heating oil. Some also have a program to help in electric and water bills.

Bring your legitimate story, your bills, late notices and turn off notices to the church in your area and get some help from them. Then apply for benefits from social services. You can get partial assistance and definitely food stamps until you get on your feet.

Where do you live? You should look on your state web site - for example, NYState has a Department of Family Assistance http://www.dfa.state.ny.us/ with links to resources - you should check your city and state web site for something similar that can provide you with information and assistance.
