    Been there, done that!

Let me tell you what helped me and you can decide for yourself if you want to try it.

Buy yourself a heavy duty blender and start making green smoothies! You can search the web for recipes...there are lots of them out there.

I've been doing it every day for about a month now and my hair has quit falling out in clumps and I'm not nearly so tired anymore. I also lost 6 pounds which is huge because it's so hard to lose weight when you have hypothyroidism.

It's your choice, but that is what has helped me out so much!

Try cleaning up your diet first before asking for a higher dose of drugs again. You might find you don't really need it.

Check out the link to see what type of blender you need. A regular one isn't going to do the job. I burned up my regular little blender.

Me too! Diagnosed 5 years ago.....hair is so thin...also have bald spots now....after a meal I feel like I was drugged, and if I sit down after eating, I almost literally pass out for an hour or two....thought I was the only one??? Also gained weight!

    Hi Steve,

Just as it seems to take forever for your thyroid levels to get back to normal, once replacement therapy has been started. It also takes a while for hypothyroid symptoms to slowly reappear. Call your Doctor, & have your levels checked again. Not all blood labs are created equal. Errors do occur. I hope you get to the bottom of it soon.

well ask your doctor for another TSH test, or even better, the whole TFT panel. You may need to go back up.
