Frozen Fruit Salad
This is a Delicious salad that YOU can completely personalize!
Use all the fruits you want like; Peaches,Melons,Grapes,Oranges, etc
Peel the fruits if you have to (oranges, tangerines)
Wash the fruits
Pat the fruits dry and stick them on a cookie sheet
If you want, you can stick the chunks of fruits onto wooden skewers and make fruit skewers instead of frozen fruit salad.
Anyways, stick the cookie sheet of fruits into the freezer for a few hours or until the fruits are hard.
Peel the fruits off the cookie sheet and put the frozen fruits in a bowl and serve right away.
(If you don't have a cookie sheet you can use plates)
These are also great for hot weather and kids love them!
Jello Glasses
You can also make jello glasses
Just make the jello as directed on the box and when its done, put some in the desert cups and top with whipped cream
Jello Melons
Cut a cantaloupe or a honey dew melon in half
Seed the melon halves
Cut the bottom of the melon so its flat
Make the jello mix as directed on the box (I recommend using orange or green jello)
Pour the unfinished mix into the little 'bowl' of the unseeded melon
put the melon halves on plates or cookie sheets
and put them on the fridge until the jello is jello
Take the melon halves out and you can cut them into smaller peices
And enjoy!
Enjoy<33!

Get a sugar-free graham cracker or crushed cookie crust. Mix a package of sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (dry) and a carton of frozen whipped topping. (If you can get that sugar-free, fine, if not, don't worry about it because there's not much sugar in it to start with.) Mix in an 8oz block of cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Chill and serve.
You can make a pie the same way but without the cream cheese. The texture is different. Both ways are really good.

There's ALWAYS room for Jello!
Baked Meringues are very low calorie and you can flavor them however you like. (they are made with sugar and egg whites, then left in a heated, but turned off, oven overnight)
Flavored ices can be dressed up, especially if you add fresh fruit that matches the fruit flavor of the ice.
I also like to make strawberry smoothies with low-cal yogurt, frozen strawberries, and apple juice.
