Any other spouses coming home soon?

My husband is coming home in a few weeks!! I'm so excited!!!

You are a little bit nuts. It has nothing to do with being "important enough". Not everyone expresses their feelings the same way. You're an adult, you should know that by now. You're basing how your spouse acts on YOUR feelings and how you think it should be. That's hardly fair. High maintenance are we? I work full time and when I come home my SO and I say hello while I put down my purse, hang up my keys. If I stopped at the store, I'll head to the kitchen right away to put the groceries up. In the meantime I'll ask my SO how his day was, ect.. while I'm doing things. During this, I'll get out of my work attire and into something more comfortable and then I go sit down by him and finally relax. No hugging embrace or kiss needed. Just sitting next to him is a welcome relief from the day I've had. I've never put much thought into it as we're very affectionate normally so I don't feel like I have to rush over to him and smother him immediately or vice versa. We are both secure enough in our relationship that I don't need the "I missed you" as I already know that he does and I him. It's a given.

Yes hubby coming home within the next month so we are getting excited. It has been a very long 15 months.

I wish... Mine is still gone for another year :( He comes home for R&R in May though... I'm SO excited. I can't wait to just hold him again. I have been trying to make plans to do something fun when he is home since we never had a honeymoon when we got married, every time i ask him what he wants to do though he says he doesn't care he just wants to be with me... men... no help at all, lol.

But yes.. i'm excited for him to come home on R&R... cant wait till he comes back home for good though!

Theres still no exact date but my Marine will be home no later then April 1st!! Im soo excited! Its been too long. Im just ready to run into his arms!

The hunny-boo arrives in April hopefully! We'll have a glorious 3 weeks together before I leave to go out to sea for 4 months. CAN'T WAIT TO HUG MY MARINE!!!!

Sadly, mine is leaving next month. Depressing that our husbands are just rotating back and forth.

mine was home for r&r but is not coming home till christmas. 15 months is sooooo long. and this is our 3rd deployment :( /cry
