can a non stickered/licensed car sit in an apt lot on fl?

To excplain that question more... i have a car that i'm fixing up but not driving that doesnt have it's stickers and license plate or anything on it.i'll be moving from PA to FL from a house to an apt... here in PA and in our driveway it's fine to have a car like this sitting around... but when i uhaul it down 2 florida... do you think it'll b okay sitting in the apatment parking lot then when i'm doing fixing it up i get everything put on it??

    Its best to have insurance on it....in case its stolen...or damaged while sitting there. One day mine was sitting in the apt complex for 4 days and my car was damaged.. its a risk
