I go to ITV.com. You can get your name on a mailing list and they send you stuff once a week. You can see video clips and just find out in general what's going on on your soaps. Then again I only watch Coronation Street and. I'm in Canada and I think that's the only one I can watch where I am.

wamuiru is spot on, i always go on digital spy for catch ups and for news on whats coming up in the next week,it gives you more info than the tv mags,great site

if you go to bbc.co.uk then go to the bbc/iplayer you get all the past weeks bbc programmes they just keep the weeks on there for one week ,click on drama ,i go on on a Friday/ Saturday and watch the previous sundays omnibus then the mon,tues,thurs after it thats how i keep up to date.
