More than likely 3/8-16. But go to the dealer and get the correct replacements, or get some ARP bolts/stud from Summit or Jegs.

Don't use 3/8-16. These are SAE sizes and your S-10 Is probably going to have metric bolts. The threads have a different pitch than standard bolts. I would call a Chevy dealer parts department and ask them. They can pull up a list on their screen and tell you the size and also the length you need. You'll probably need at least two different lengths. Then, when you go to the store to buy them, be sure to get at least Grade 5 bolts so they have enough shear strength so they don't break under the touque of the engine.
