Restore the value of the U.S. dollar. Gas prices aren't rising due to increased demand, the petroleum industry pumps more oil than they ever did. Prices are going up because we are paying with increasingly worthless dollars.

A complete collapse of the Chinese, Indian, UAE, and every other mid-eastern and Asian economy. Also, the decline of oil consumption by the developed and modern markets such as America and Europe. And the value of the American dollar has to increase to the level it was ten years ago.

It's not going to happen but if it did it would be because the US cut usage by 50% and India and China maintained their current usage. The dollar will also have to appreciate dramatically to equal 1.50 euros and the British pound will have to depreciate vs the dollar to say 1.40 dollars to the pound.

Americans would have to stop driving one day a week
completely,, Sunday would be a good day,, No vehicles on
the road past 12:00 noon. You would bring gas prices down
