Help. Would like to get an idea on Scapula pain.?

Ok. My left scapula hurts, especially when trying to take in a deeper breath such as yawning. It is getting frustrating and will go to the Dr. if it does not clear up by the end of the week. I actually feel like I am unable to catch a breath and feel restricted. I am being treated for asthma and am not wheezing or having any asthma symptoms. Simply feels like I have a "catch" in my shoulder blade. Just wondering what ya'll know about this. Thanks
