That depends on what Hardware you got!
XP will automatically install most drivers. However, you might need the chipset software (comes with the motherboard) and all plugged in devices drivers.

A couple of ideas.
Go to Device Manager and look at your Internet connection hardware. Go on line and download the Ethernet driver. It is the one driver you need so you can download other drivers.
Computer makers include different items on their installation disk so it is hard to advise. Look for a separate disk that came with the unit.to "install drivers". That's the easiest. Otherwise, you will have to track from the manufacturer's site, or all the hardware sites, the drivers you need for audio, modem, chipset, etc.
Your manufacturer (Dell, HP, etc) should have a website that will give your model and the drivers needed for your hardware. Good idea is to get the drivers to disk before you reinstall.

The *best* option would be to get a new printer. You CANNOT install the XP driver and expect it to work. Won't happen. A way around it would be to find a compatible printer driver that came with Vista. For instance, I have an HP Photosmart 1000 printer which is not supported under Vista. However, the printer works with the Vista Deskjet 970Cse printer driver. Of course, it all depends.

The drivers should all be on a disc that came with your computer. If you don't have the CD you should buy it from the manufacturer of the computer. For example a Dell computer would need a Dell CD, an HP computer would need an HP CD.

just set the plug and play on the BIOS setup
