You picked a pair that can really be hard to breed. They have to have their privacy. If you are trying to breed them, I wouldn't bother them except to feed and water and once a week do a cleaning on the bottom of the cage. If they are bothered too much it's very common for them to eat the eggs, or destroy them. After eggs hatch, they are known for killing the babies if they are bothered too much. Therefore it's wise to take the young after about 2 days and hand feed them. They need some nourishment from the parents to get antibodies, just as a human baby would from nursing. I have bred Greys in the past, but it was not a good experience. I also work for a very large exotic bird breeder. We have about 30 pairs of Greys, and we don't get a whole lot of babies. Don't expect your birds to breed right away. It may take a few years for them to finally breed after being moved. Good luck
