hola..hi.
i have lost much weight on fish chicken baked salmon much water,fruit my veggiest!LOL etc.

is harmless/gaining NO WEIGHT from eating the fish at mc d's once a week if we "CHOOSE TO"with veggies water etc as it is LESS detrimental (fat wise etc)

Chinese food is ok as long as YOU prepare it. Restaurants use too much of the "wrong" kind of oil and 'way too much sauce and salt. Salt causes the human body to retain water, and the sauces are LOADED with calories. Anything steamed is better than fried or sauteed. Olive oil is the best oil for stir fry, even though it has a low smoke point.
