Good diet for track season?
I just started running track, and i've already cut out soda, but i need help with the food part. I am a vegaterian so its difficult to decide what to eat somedays.

I am a vegetarian too. I eat lots of fruit and veggies and whole grains such as brown rice (fried with veggies, rice with veggie casserole...) brown pasta (spaghetti with veggies instead of meat, cheesy pasta with veggies...) and brown grain bread, rolls and wraps (salad sandwiches, toasted sandwiches with cheese and tomato, spring onion etc, veggie pizzas (my fave) use a wholemeal pizza base or wrap and cover with your favourite veggies, grated carrot, broccoli, capsicum, tomato, mushrooms whatever you like and top with cheese...also veggie lasagna is easy to make and really yummy, just make it the same as a normal meat lasagna but replace the meat with veggies.
