pfa? HELP!!!!?
If you get a PFA againts someone... i believe you have to go 2 court and stuff... will that person b there at court too? and will they b able 2 access to wat your full name and stuff is if they want???

I'm no expert on this, but I don't believe that they need to be there. I believe that it becomes noted on public record which in some areas is accessible by computer. Things vary by area, so you definitely want to contact your local court system about this. It might be easiest to start out by calling your local police for info.. which at the same time, gives them some heads up about the matter.

im not sure what a PFA is, but if you are accusing someone of commiting a crime and you have to testify in court then yes.
