To get stronger hit the weights. Go to a respected gym and talk to the staff.

I found the best off ice conditioning is riding hills on a mountain bike. The summer I did over 1000 miles I came to pre-season in the best shape on the team.

skate, skate, skate. Strength will do you no good if your skating isnt perfect. You need to be on the ice as much as possible in order to get more fluid and able to be strong on your feet. Then, while doing that, make sure you are doing pushups, situps, squats, and stuff like that to gain physical strength. Joining a gym isnt mandatory, but you should look into it if your school doesnt have a weight room available.

ok, my first tip is to act like ur as strong as them. dont go around bragging, but dont make it obvious.

i went to a 21 day camp this summer and i easily got like 5 times stronger

the best thing to do is run and skate a lot. it takes a lot to say you are a fast skater, and every1 will respect that (and they wont be able to hit you).

but the way we got strong is motivation- take a 20-40 pound plate, and spend 20 minutes without putting it down or resting

during that time you should do squats, shoulder presses, head presses, bus drivers (shoulder presses is when you bring it back and forth from your chest when standing) (head presses is the same but doing it up and down above your head)

and bus drivers are holding the plate like a steering wheel and turning your rists back and forth. do each one for about 3 mins and keep on going

Get a plexiglass sheet or similar material to practice your shots during downtime. Skate, whether it's ice skating or roller blading.

Edit: There are hockey camps you can go to during the summer. Take advantage of those.
