Most apartments in Orlando only come with the water/sewage. Electric for a one-bedroom can cost anywhere from $75-$150/month depending on how much you are running your Air conditioning. Cable for the computer and TV ranges depending on the service but I would say about $100-ish dollars together. You can look at the Bright House website to get exact numbers for cable packages.
Might want to look at some of the apartments in Conway area in Orlando. There are a few that aren't too great but many are very nice and moderately priced around $700-$800 for a one-bedroom. Try to find places with "First month's free" specials and etc.
Good Luck!

It really varies by apartment. At some places you will need to pay a separate water and trash bill while at others you won't. Cable typically isn't included.
Please be sure to read my response to your other question about Orlando apartments where I suggest NC to you.
