not eating after 7 is good. if you keep it up you will stop craving the wrong kind of food. night time is when the body really wants to eat food. i busy myself on the computer or exercise around this time. at 8:30 or 9 the cravings stop. at 10 it's almost time for bed so there's really no need to eat.
do this and eat right as well as regular exercise and you will lose weight.
