Richards and the Stars?

Obviously Richards is putting up points for Dallas, but since the deadline the team seems a little out of synch. Does anyone think that the trade might have had a detrimental effect on team chemistry? Are the Stars worse or better off w/ Richards right now?

Not only is Richards new to the team, we have a few key guys out with injuries, and we are dressing a lot of guys here and there. There just hasn't been a consistent lineup for the team to get used to. If we can get a healthy team, and get these guys playing on a line with each other for more than one or two games, I think things will smooth out........

    GO STARS!!!!!!

the problem with trades right at the deadline is the lack of time for the team chemistry to build up. it is always awkward having another player from a team who you have played and beaten come to your team, especially if there was a lot of cheap shotting going on that game.

but i would say the stars are better off w/ out richards, and the lightning is also hurt by the trade

I think they are better with Richards, this team is gonna go far in the playoffs, they are right behind The Red Wings in points.

  • I think they are better with him. It takes time to gel with new teammates, know where they are on the ice etc...

Also he is under a new coach and system.
