12DPO and a sore cervix?
I don't know if this has anything to do with my cycle, but I'm just really curious, because I didn't experience this last month. I'm
I am taking Progesterone suppositories, so you all know the drill about inserting them. Anyway, I noticed when I did so early this morning, it was more difficult and actually a little painful.....well, more uncomfortable. I also took Progesterone last cycle and never had a problem like this. Also, 12DPO right now and my temps dropped below coverline yesterday, but came back up this morning. And, all of the symptoms I've been have gotten weaker. Is that a bad sign, or has that happened to anyone that still ended up being pregnant?
Has anyone had any experience with this? Could it be a symptom of early pregnancy? Could something be wrong and should I be concerned?

BTW: Have not BD'd in a few days and haven't noticed any soreness until this morning, last night's dose was normal.

Hi!!! I have heard for some women that their cervix is sore to touch when they found out they were pregnant. But for me my cervix is usually sore before I start. I would think it is a good sign since yours is not usually sore. It is a good sign that your temp came back up. Just watch it the next few days and see because right now it could go either way. I find the last few days of the 2ww are the worst. Hang in there. Best wishes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heather, I'm not sure what to say about this. I have never had a sore cervix before. You don't think it could be an infection do you? Possible from all the insertions? Might be nothing, but it might also be because your cervix is being manipulated and not used to being slightly touched all the time. I have to admit that when I am checking my cervix, it doesn't hurt, per se, but a little later I start getting slight cramps in my belly that I know is from manipulating something that isn't used to attention. Now, as far as your temps...from what you've taught me and what I've learned on FF, as long as your temp goes back up and stays up, you're in the clear. Your body is already in a state of somewhat stress because you are having to go through treatments and such. Easier said than done, I know, but think happy thoughts...this might sound a little weird, but I went ahead and got my first bit of maternity clothes. Why? Makes me think happy thoughts. Do what I can do to get into those clothes! Lol...if you need to talk, I'm here...k? You know where to find me!

Hey Heather this is what I think and I really dint want to answer it cause it is not the best news. So right before you are about to start your period you female organs tend to swell alittle for some reason. Also I know with myself my cervix's always hurt right before my period if I am having sex. I usually know that I am going to start if this happens. Here is the good thing though it might be the opposite. Your cervix's might be getting prepared for a baby and closing up. You said you were 12dpo right. You are still in the cover line for implantation. I have heard sometimes it takes up to 14 days it all depends. So if the temp droped and went back up may that was implantation. I really hope so cause I want you to get your baby. But as far as the cervix's I know that they hurt right before I am about to start. Please keep us posted so that we know what is going on.
