This is from a girls point of view but your right this is just disgusting!The only thing not disgusting about this is that they actually keep their pants on! Also when they attempt to use a belt it just makes their pants sag down more!

The majority of guys at my school do it. I think it's pretty lame and always have a good laugh at the guys that do it. I honestly don't really get why they do it, maybe coz they think it makes them look cool ...? haha :D

when guys got sent to jail, they took their belts away, so their pants would fall lower. it makes them look like a badass supposedly, but they don't even know why they do it anymore.

I don't. I wear normal jeans and trousers (pants) up to my waist. :) No low-rise stuff.

And I don't show my underwear either. Showing your underwear is tacky.
